 CO2 SATURATOR x BOTTLES  and KEGS
Our carbonators allow to saturate with CO2 any type of drink contained in bottles or kegs

 

 

 

                       RIBAGAS :  CO2 SATURATOR FOR FILLED BOTTLES

 

The ribagas are semiautomatic folding saturators used to add CO2 to the liquid already contained in filled bottles
 

  • The machine allows you to add CO2 to the liquid in the bottles, previously filled.
  • Available in version 2 or 4 bottles
  • Possibility of use with bottles from 0.3 to 2 liters; suitable for water, wine, beer, fruit juices, soft drinks in general.
  • Machine with primary structure in AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • 3 Bar safety valve and pressure gauge incorporated.
  • Available also the PRESSURE REDUCER with preheater

Strongly recommended for any system of carbonation: prevents the overpressure and the filling for icing outlet gas from the cylinder.










 

 

                                           KEGS FIZZING MACHINE 
                                       TO MAKE SPARKLING THE  STILL  WINE

Used to make sparkling still wine contained within a normal kegs with bayonet connection
E 'consists of a recirculation pump, a pressure reducer and a carbonator specifically prepared that add carbon dioxide (CO2) to the wine already contained in the kegs simply hooking the bayonet head.

The amount of dissolved CO2 is in relation to the time taken for the job; typically 10 minutes are enough to obtain a gassing adequate. In addition to the time it's decisive also the temperature at which is located the kegs: lower temperatures grant higher quantities of CO2 absorbed
The wine under pressure keeps the gassing for all the time that remains in the kegs until the moment of dispensing.
